My family and I had been looking for a place to rent and we were finding it difficult as the market was very saturated. As soon as I contacted Chaunyce she found us a place. One thing I noticed was that she is very detailed. She did not only find us a place of our choice but went through the paperwork with us. She kept checking up on us to make sure we were all settled. Moving from London to Toronto was a big move for me, and doing it on my own through COVID made it that much more difficult with the restrictions. When Chaunyce and I began the new renters process she was very open, honest and helpful with what I would need to prepare for a smooth long term lease application. When we opened the door to the place new home I currently live in and love we just knew.
