I’d like to take the time to thank Chaunyce Thomas for all her hard work and dedication in helping me find my new home. When Chaunyce and I began the new renters process she was very open, honest and helpful with what I would need to prepare for a smooth long term lease application. I spent the time watching and listening to her introduction webinars which were clear and concise while building up my documents to begin our search. Chaunyce and I began working together just before Covid-19 began. We had a few viewings that helped me narrow down my needs and wants which I appreciated so much. Let me tell you the patience and understanding I received from her was so incredible!
